Our Wok has changed! It now has a single handle for those who like to flip and toss and a D-shaped handle for easier lifting. With a flat base this wok is suitable for cooking on electric or induction cooktops as there is plenty of contact with the element.

Our pans are able to be used on any cooking surface – induction, gas, electric, combustion, and even an open fire. Before using, wash your pan thoroughly, place over low heat to warm, and with a paper towel and cooking oil wipe until the paper is clean.
After each use, wash with hot water, and again, warm and wipe over with cooking oil. Once fully seasoned your pan will turn black and will give you many years of cooking pleasure!
All of our products are handmade in Ballarat and are completely free from any chemical coatings.
