Mini Pan
The mini pan is the perfect size to fry a single egg, dry roast spices or nuts, or sauteing smaller quantities of onion, garlic or bacon. This little pan will come in handy in all sorts of applications and you will wonder how you ever did without it!!
Base 90mm, overall diameter 140mm
Our pans are able to be used on any cooking surface – induction, gas, electric, combustion, and even an open fire. Before using, wash your pan thoroughly, place over low heat to warm, and with a paper towel and cooking oil wipe until the paper is clean.
After each use, wash with hot water, and again, warm and wipe over with cooking oil. Once fully seasoned your pan will turn black and will give you many years of cooking pleasure!
